Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking part-time, in-person instructors in the local area to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED and related courses. You will train students, provide feedback, and ensure sessions meet ARC standards.

The role requires current ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification and strong CPR/AED knowledge, with weekend availability and a flexible schedule. Compensation includes per-hour teaching pay and per-enrolled-student bonuses for trainer roles.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CPR and AED techniques and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with American Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with American Red Cross requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with relevant program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
