Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates across schools, hospitals, offices and community centers.

Required are current ARC instructor certifications and the ability to demonstrate CPR/AED techniques to ensure proficiency, with preparation, feedback, and record-keeping duties. This is a part-time, in-person role with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification is required.
• Instructor trainer certification is required for trainer role; bridging guidance available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques per Red Cross requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Submit course records per Red Cross requirements.
• Keep training materials up-to-date and compliant with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development.
