Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an experienced Instructor Trainer to deliver American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train instructor candidates to ARC certification. The role spans schools, community centers, hospitals, and offices nationwide.

You will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with ARC requirements. This is a 1099 contractor or part-time role with weekend availability and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Instructor certification in American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED required.
• Instructor Trainer Certification preferred.
• Excellent CPR/AED knowledge and teaching abilities.
• Ability to obtain/maintain certifications as required by ARC.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level training sessions to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate proper CPR/AED techniques that comply with ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to help them improve their performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress to ensure proficiency.
• Complete and submit course records in accordance with ARC requirements.
• Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with program requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with CPR and AED training best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
