Job summary

ALLCPR is seeking an Instructor to teach American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED courses and train students through ARC standards. The Instructor Trainer will prepare sessions, demonstrate techniques, and evaluate candidates to ensure proficiency.

Requirements include ARC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification (and Trainer certification preferred). Must own 3+ manikin sets and deliver high-quality training in various venues including schools and community centers.

Qualifications

• Current American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification
• Active instructor qualifications for ARC First Aid/CPR/AED and instructor trainer roles
• Ability to prepare and deliver effective training sessions
• Own at least 3 manikin sets for teaching sessions
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare for ARC First Aid/CPR/AED courses.
• Deliver instructor-level trainings to individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate CPR/AED techniques per ARC requirements.
• Provide feedback to candidates to improve performance.
• Monitor and evaluate candidate progress for proficiency.
• Submit course records per ARC requirements.
• Keep training materials up-to-date with program requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates.
