Arlington Properties is looking for a Courtesy Officer in Raleigh to maintain a secure, welcoming community for residents. You will patrol the property, monitor common areas, and respond to non-emergency requests, including assisting residents with lockouts.

Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement or military background is required or preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property by walking the grounds daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and other non-emergency needs.
• Monitor pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities.
• Check lighting and report maintenance needs to management.
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations.
• Support community safety through routine patrols.
• Contact local law enforcement when appropriate per policy.
