Job summary

Arlington Properties is seeking a part-time Courtesy Officer at a multifamily community in Panama City Beach, FL. You will maintain a welcoming atmosphere, patrol the property, respond to non-emergency incidents, and assist residents with lockouts while supporting a safe living environment.

Ideal candidates have law enforcement or military background, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement officer or military background.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in all situations.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the property by patrolling daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations professionally.
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs.
• Monitor common areas such as pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities.
• Report maintenance needs and safety concerns to management.
• Observe and report vandalism or suspicious activity.
• Support overall community safety through routine patrols.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
