Responsibilities

• Prepares foods in a timely manner following sanitary regulations.
• Develops and maintains good rapport with inter-department personnel.
• Handles, stores, and rotates foods and supplies properly.
• Supervises the serving of meals ensuring proper temperature and appearance.
• Handles leftover foods by storing, wrapping, labeling, and disposing appropriately.

Skills

3 years minimum experience cooking evening meals

1 year experience in kitchen supervision

Ability to read and write and communicate fluently

Education

Any combination of education and experience in food services environment
