Clark Holdings Inc. is seeking a part-time Project Administrator in San Antonio, TX to support construction project administration and office operations.

The role focuses on payroll review support, purchasing, document control, reporting, and coordinating project paperwork. You will collaborate with site teams, vendors, and owners to maintain accuracy and timeliness while handling multiple tasks with deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of administration/accounting experience; experience working on large scale construction project in similar role a plus
• Bachelors from accredited undergraduate institution, preferred
• Demonstrated experience in billing, document control, and purchasing
• Commitment to maintaining data accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery. Attention to detail is a must
• Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and utilize resources appropriately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
• Able to work well with others, take direction, and work independently
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Review Certified Payrolls for subcontractors
• Assist with trade/craft payroll processing
• Assist with monthly pay application (Invoice to Owner, Subcontractor Payments, Waiver Tracking)
• Review Purchase Orders and Invoices
• Create, update, and maintain reports
• Document Control (Scanning/Uploading documents)
• Assist with minor purchasing (process invoices, cost comparisons)
• General Office Management
• Insurance Certificate Tracking
• Equipment Tracking
• Job site Equipment and Inventory Control
• Answering phones
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Other duties as assigned
