You will lead contract administration, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting while building strong relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.

The role requires 10+ years in construction, with 6+ years leading teams, and a solid grasp of project finance, risk, and scheduling tools. Willingness to travel and work extended hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of construction experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale projects.
• 6+ years leading, developing and motivating teams.
• Strong understanding of strategic, operational and financial aspects of a project.
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines, resources, and milestones.
• Lead, train and develop project team members; drive safety culture on site.
