The USTA National Tennis Center is seeking a part-time Finance Associate to provide timely financial support for capital expenditures and construction projects, including Arthur Ashe Stadium and the Player Performance Building.

Responsibilities include reviewing invoices, assisting with large-scale project invoicing, and maintaining capex tracking reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Background in Construction Accounting and Job Costing is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and maintain quality of work.
• Highly motivated & organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent communication & analytical skills.
• Position is part-time; max. 28 hours per week.
• Position is hybrid and may allow for some remote work; onsite 2-3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the daily review and coding of all invoices relating to Capital Expenditures and Strategic Transformation.
• Assist with the review of large-scale construction project invoicing.
• Ensure subcontractor payment applications (e.g., AIA's) are accurate and reconciled to values.
• Prepare and maintain tracking schedules for construction project General Conditions.
• Maintain the monthly NTC Capex Tracking Report and capture invoices and requisitions.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of capex tracking report to the Lawson ledger.
• Review monthly vendor invoices/statements for accuracy and resolve billing issues.
• Document management including PDFing of capital invoicing.
• Assist Finance with US Open Responsibilities (e.g., Baggage Operations).
• Other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
