Job summary

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) is seeking a part-time financial support professional to help manage Capital Expenditures and major construction projects at the National Tennis Center. You will assist with invoice coding, tracking, and reporting for projects like Arthur Ashe Stadium and the Player Performance Building.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (preferred), experience in construction accounting, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Background in Construction Accounting and Job Costing is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily review and coding of invoices related to Capital Expenditures.
• Assist with review of large-scale construction project invoicing.
• Ensure subcontractor payment applications are accurate and reconciled.
• Prepare and maintain tracking schedules for construction project General Conditions.
• Assist with the monthly Capex Tracking Report and reconciliation to Lawson ledger.
• Review monthly vendor invoices for accuracy and resolve billing issues.
• Document management including PDF’ing of capital invoicing and ad hoc reporting.
