Job summary

The USTA National Tennis Center is seeking a technically adept project manager to lead TVS initiatives, coordinate grant reviews, and develop standards for tennis facility construction. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, designers, and park agencies in a hybrid Orlando setting.

You will drive metrics, manage workflows, and contribute to innovative tennis infrastructure projects while staying current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in technical project management.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides).
• Proficient in project management software and data analytics programs as needed.
• Highly team-oriented, proactive problem-solver and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pipeline for the technical review of TVS grants.
• Distribute technical tasks with proper documentation for review.
• Establish and report key TVS pipeline metrics.
• Monitor project compliance with TVS grant criteria.
• Develop a national repository of tennis facility standards.
• Lead PATA program administration with park agencies.
• Report key PATA metrics and collaborate with partners.
• Support R&D and stay updated on tennis facility standards.
