MBK Senior Living is seeking a PT Concierge to warmly greet residents and guests, manage inquiries, and support sales efforts from Sun-Wed 8a-1p at a competitive hourly rate. The role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork within a senior living community.

You will handle reception duties, assist with tours, coordinate with departments, and help maintain a safe, organized environment in line with MBK's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background clearance, health screening and TB test results within 7 days of employment (within last 6 months).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support sales by directing inquiries, tours, and creating a positive experience for residents and guests.
• Answer and direct calls promptly and courteously with accurate information.
• Assist residents and families with questions or requests; coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and events to answer inquiries proactively.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
