Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Concierge (PRN) to create exceptional first impressions for residents, families, and visitors. You will handle inquiries, tours, and calls with professionalism, supporting sales and resident services while maintaining a welcoming reception area.

The role requires on-call availability, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication skills in English. Prior hospitality or front-desk experience is preferred, with a focus on hospitality and quality guest

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Support sales by directing inquiries and tours, creating a positive experience.
• Answer calls promptly and direct to appropriate team member with accuracy.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and resident services for proactive sharing.
