Job summary

MBK Senior Living is hiring a Concierge (PRN) to welcome residents, families, and visitors, direct inquiries, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience. The role supports sales, answers calls, and coordinates with various teams to meet resident needs in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must complete required Background clearance, health screening and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Must possess the ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with residents, families, and guests.
• Must have strong organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Warm Welcome & First Impressions: Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer Engagement: Support sales by directing inquiries, welcoming tours, and creating a smooth experience for residents and guests.
• Communication Hub: Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
• Resident & Family Support: Respond to questions and requests, coordinating with other departments as needed.
• Community Coordination: Stay informed about daily activities and events to answer inquiries.
• Operational Support: Assist with administrative tasks and maintain a welcoming reception area.
• Safety: Maintain a safe environment following policies and procedures.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulations and company policies.
• Teamwork: Foster teamwork and open communication.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
