Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or front-desk roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors with a professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries and coordinate tours to support sales.
• Answer calls promptly and provide information to callers and guests.
• Assist with mail, packages and maintain a welcoming reception.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities to answer questions.
