Job summary

Baseline Medical is seeking a Schedule Coordinator to serve as the operational hub between patients, nurses, providers, and leadership. You will coordinate mobile wellness/illness appointments, optimize schedules, respond to urgent changes, and ensure a seamless concierge experience for every patient interaction.

The role is a part-time on-site position with rotating shifts, including weekends; experience in healthcare operations and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of medical scheduling experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple providers and changing patient needs.
• Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, texts, emails and other communications.
• Set patient appointments with optimal scheduling and resource use.
• Monitor provider availability and adjust schedules throughout the day.
• Review scheduling requests for completeness and gather missing details.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers and leadership to resolve conflicts.
• Perform data entry, record maintenance, and patient documentation per SOPs.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient privacy requirements.
• Support daily workflow by coordinating appointment logistics and inter-department communication.
• Utilize scheduling software and technology to manage appointments efficiently.
• Provide a compassionate, concierge-level patient experience at every interaction.
