Sci Corp in Riverside, CA is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical and customer service support for funeral operations. You will greet families, answer questions, assist with services, and help with logistics under supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing for services, assisting remains, operating office equipment, driving as needed, and supporting visitation and transports. A high school diploma and customer service experience preferred; MS Office skills required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and databases preferred; ability and willingness to learn required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Makes and processes documents related to services, cremations, maintenance, as directed by management.
• Assists with preparation of remains and operation of crematory as permitted by law.
• Performs office duties: answer phones, operate fax, computer, phone system, debit card machine, etc.
• Run errands for floral delivery and supplies.
