Job summary

Sci Corp is seeking a Funeral Services Assistant to provide clerical and administrative support for funeral operations. Responsibilities include greeting families, handling information requests, answering phones, and assisting with services and transportation as needed.

The role requires customer service experience, proficiency with MS Office, and a high school diploma. Valid driver's license and willingness to learn are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and databases; ability and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Answer phones and manage office duties and documentation.
• Transport families and drive funeral home vehicles as needed.
• Assist with visitations and funerals, including setup and dress/casketing remains.
