Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services: floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Prepares service documents for cremations and maintenance.
• Assists with preparation of remains and cremation operations as permitted by law.
• Office duties: answering phones, operating fax, computer, and multi-line system.
• Run errands for supplies, deliveries, and documents.
• Ushers, parking assistance, and transportation as needed.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pick-up.
• Ensure refreshments are available where permitted by law.
• Assist visitations, memorials, and funerals; setup and dressing of remains.
• Greet families entering the office and provide information.
