Responsibilities

• Prepares for services including setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns and keepsakes for client families.
• Assists with documents related to services, cremations and maintenance.
• Grooms remains and may operate crematory as allowed by law and policy.
• Answering phones, operating office equipment, and handling clerical tasks.
• Run errands for supplies and floral delivery; assist with visitations and funeral services.
• Greet client families and provide information and assistance at the office.
