Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement or military background is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
• Maintain calm and professional demeanor in all situations.
• Detail-oriented with strong observational skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence by walking the grounds daily.
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations.
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs.
• Monitor pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities.
• Check lighting and report maintenance needs.
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or violations.
• Support community safety through routine patrols.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when appropriate.
