Qualifications

• Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
• Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies

Responsibilities

• Walk the grounds daily to maintain a visible presence
• Respond to noise complaints and de-escalate situations
• Assist residents with lockouts and non-emergency needs
• Monitor pools, laundry rooms, and fitness facilities
• Check lighting and report maintenance needs
• Observe and report vandalism, suspicious activity, or vehicle violations
• Support community safety through routine patrols
• Coordinate with local law enforcement when appropriate
