Portfolio Resident Service in Orlando is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator to connect residents with community resources and developmental activities. You will help plan monthly calendars, engage volunteers, and maintain a welcoming center that supports social and educational programs.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational and communication skills, able to multitask, and comfortable using an iPad and basic apps.

Competenze

• Must be available 2-3 days per week, 1-5:30pm (Mon-Fri).
• Occasional evenings and weekends may be required as duties demand.
• Relevant experience in education, social work, nonprofit or related field.
• Experience with children, teens, adults and/or senior citizens.
• Ability to work independently without supervision and multitask.
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with community and social service resources.
• Must attend quarterly team meetings (once per quarter).
• Comfortable using company-issued iPad and basic applications.

Mansioni

• Welcome residents and serve as the initial contact at the community center.
• Prepare reports based on the calendar, sign-in sheets, and activities offered each month.
• Design, post, and distribute monthly calendars and flyers on-site.
• Oversee program offerings, recruit volunteers, solicit donations and work with partners.
• Log communications with volunteers and donations; submit monthly logs.
• Provide information about local resources or assistance within the community.
• Encourage resident participation and communicate needs to personnel.
• Independently monitor interactions with children, adults and seniors.
• Maintain sign-in sheets for all activities and programs.
• Manage petty cash and supplies; supervise center use and maintain order.
• Organize PRS binders and documents; perform duties as assigned.
