Job summary

Portfolio Resident Service seeks a part-time Program Coordinator to engage with residents in affordable housing communities. You will develop and implement a monthly calendar of activities, coordinate resources, and manage volunteer efforts to uplift social and educational programs.

Ideal candidates are organized, self-starting, and community-minded, with experience in social services or nonprofit work. Hours are 12–5pm, 2–3 days per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability 12:00–17:00, 2–3 days per week.
• Experience in education, social work, non-profit or related field.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with community resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for residents and community center.
• Create, post, and update monthly calendars of activities and resources on-site.
• Oversee donations, recruit volunteers, and collaborate with partners.
• Log communications and submit monthly logs.
• Maintain center organization and handle supplies and logistics.
• Support program planning by communicating resident needs to staff.
