Job summary

PRS is seeking a part-time Program Coordinator in Aurora, CO to advance resident services in affordable housing communities. You will lead CORES certified programs that build life skills and healthy lifestyles while engaging residents through monthly calendars and resources.

The ideal candidate is self-starting, organized, and community-minded, with a heart for social impact. Flexible hours include a 9am–2pm window, one day per week.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteers and donor involvement.
• Ability to design and manage monthly activity calendars.
• Strong communication with residents and partners.
• Capable of independent work with strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with community services and resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and first point of contact at the community center.
• Prepare reports from calendars, sign-in sheets, and contracted program hours.
• Create monthly calendars and flyers; distribute on-site and door-to-door.
• Oversee programs, recruit volunteers, solicit donations and partner with the community.
• Log communications and monthly donations; report to management.
