Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and guests.
• Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Engage in leasing, marketing, tours, and handling digital inquiries and visits.
• Develop activities and programs to foster community spirit and engagement.
• Maintain resident records, move-ins/outs, and bulletin boards.
• Promote safety and enforce community policies; report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff and Resident Directors; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Participate in the turn process and support staff as needed.
