Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests.
• Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Participate in leasing and marketing activities, including outreach, tours, and responding to inquiries.
• Develop and implement community engagement activities and programs.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as managing resident inquiries and maintaining records.
• Promote a safe and inclusive living environment and report safety concerns.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and participate in meetings and training.
• Support the turn process and other duties as needed.
