Responsibilities

• Assist residents with inquiries and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with leasing and marketing tasks, tours, and digital inquiries.
• Develop and implement activities and programs to foster community engagement.
• Manage administrative tasks and maintain resident records.
• Promote safety by enforcing policies and reporting issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and participate in meetings.
• Support resident directors and staff, including during turn processes.
