Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Community Assistant in Auburn, AL. This on-site, part-time role supports leasing, resident services, and community events, delivering strong customer service and leadership within a student housing setting.

The CA will assist with tours, marketing, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs, while promoting a safe, inclusive environment and maintaining records. Evening/weekend availability is expected, with growth opportunities as the community grows under Yugo’s expanding

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn software applications.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
• Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
• Current account is in good standing (if current resident).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Participate in leasing and marketing activities, tours, and handling digital inquiries.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and programs to foster community spirit and involvement.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate resident records and move-related coordination.
• Promote safety and security by following policies and reporting issues promptly.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations and participate in staff trainings.
• Participate in the turn process and other housing community needs.
