Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
• Resident Support: Assist residents with inquiries and requests.
• Leasing & Marketing: Support outreach, tours, digital inquiries and marketing.
• Community Engagement: Develop activities and programs to foster community.
• Administrative Duties: Manage resident inquiries and maintain records.
• Safety and Security: Promote safe living environment and report issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff and attend trainings.
• Participating in the 'turn' process.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
