Job summary

Yugo USA is seeking a Community Assistant for an on-site, part-time hourly role in a vibrant student housing community. The CA will support leasing, customer service, and community engagement while promoting inclusivity and safety for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include tours, inquiries, event planning, and administrative duties, with the opportunity to grow within a dynamic housing operation integrating Campus Advantage heritage into Yugo’s global platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospective residents, and their guests.
• Assist residents with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage in leasing and marketing activities, including outreach and tours.
• Develop and implement community activities and events.
• Maintain resident records and assist with move-ins/move-outs.
• Promote safety and enforce community policies and procedures.
