Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to own problems and find solutions
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with center services and inquiries to ensure a smooth experience
• Set up rooms and equipment, assist with directions and WiFi and package inquiries
• Coordinate with Community Manager on events and outreach activities
• Help maintain accurate invoices and ticketing in the service portal
• Close the day by tidying the center and ensuring a great customer experience
