Job summary

coLAB in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a part-time addition to join our team. The role handles day-to-day administrative operations of our space and executes coLAB's digital marketing efforts, with potential to become a full-time role. You will sit at the front desk for security and to create a welcoming feeling when entering the space.

The position is friendly, flexible, and energetic, with opportunities to engage our professional community and support members' productivity and connections.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Social media marketing and some digital marketing experience.
• Ability to work on various projects at the same time.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally (written and oral).
• A service minded, creative and passionate person with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on an array of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn); create weekly posts and engage with comments.
• Manage and create paid advertising (Google, Yelp, Social Media) within monthly budget.
• Create and execute a monthly coLAB newsletter for all subscribers.
• Track, report, and set goals for digital marketing efforts in partnership with the Community Manager.
• Answer incoming phone calls, accept packages, and sort mail.
• Set up and break down for events; occasional evenings and weekends.
• Keep space neat; restock supplies; fix printers and other tech.
• Assist members with meeting rooms and equipment; provide cords and printer help.
• Occasional evenings and weekend hours required.
