Job summary

The Neighborhood at Priceville is seeking a part-time Cook to join their team. The Cook reports to the Food and Beverage Director and works 24 hours per week to ensure quality food preparation and service for the community.

Responsibilities include following approved recipes, maintaining sanitation, and adhering to dietary needs and regulatory standards. Experience and SERV Safe certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred.
• 1 year related experience including food preparation and therapeutic diets.
• SERV Safe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals and maintain sanitation of service areas.
• Follow menus and approved recipes, production sheets, and instructions.
• Prepare special dietary needs and texture-modified foods as directed.
• Monitor temperatures, taste, and quality to meet standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Record temperatures and food production data as required.
