Job summary

Neighborhood at Decatur is seeking a Cook to join their team, reporting to the Food and Beverage Director. The position covers food preparation to meet quality, quantity and service standards for the community, with Mon-Fri shifts and every other weekend.

The Cook will manage all food production in the Lead Cook's absence, ensure sanitary procedures, rotate inventory, and follow all regulations. It may include following Phoenix standardized recipes and maintaining temperature and hygiene

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of food preparation experience with full-line menu items.
• Maintains SERV Safe certification or can train to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and recipes.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in all areas.
• Record keeping for temperatures, inventory, and quality checks.
