Job summary

WeWork is seeking a friendly Community Associate for our Columbus location. You will be the face of the building, managing front desk operations, greeting members, and sign-in guests. You’ll support events and foster a welcoming, collaborative community among members.

You will work with the Community Management team to ensure smooth operations, handle inquiries, and promote WeWork services. A four-year degree is preferred but not required, and 1+ years in hospitality is desirable.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or equivalent.
• 1+ years of hospitality experience is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Management: greet members, sign-in guests, and be the on-site contact.
• Assist with events and member engagement to foster community.
• Support building operations, mail, deliveries, and inquiries.
• Provide information on local services and policies to members.
• Collaborate with Community Lead and Manager to support the team.
