WeWork Boston is hiring a Community Associate to serve as the face of the building, greeting members and guests and supporting the Community Management team. You will help create a welcoming environment and promote WeWork services while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role involves front desk coverage, event support, and building operations in a dynamic, member-focused space. A four-year degree is preferred but not required, with emphasis on hospitality and excellent communication.

Formación

• College graduate preferred, not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Patient-focused hospitality mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Front Desk Management: greet members, sign-in guests, and maintain a welcoming front desk.
• Events and Membership Engagement: assist in programming, promotions, and event logistics.
• Building Operations: manage mail, keys, and general facility needs.
