Job summary

Action Health Staffing in Greenville is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time home care role. You will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, assist with daily living activities, transfers, and meals while following the care plan and documenting tasks.

You will work three days per week, 12:00–5:00 pm, under supervision, upholding patient confidentiality and compassion in care delivery.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and direction-following skills.
• Physical capability to lift and perform tasks as needed.
• Empathetic and patient-centered care approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Deliver basic nursing care under supervisor guidance.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Light housekeeping and record-keeping as required.
• Document changes and report to supervisor.
• Adhere to Plan of Care and EVV requirements.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
