Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work part-time as a home care aide in the Greenville area. The role involves direct patient care in patients' homes, with a 3-day per week schedule from 12n to 5pm.

Excellent pay and benefits are noted. You will provide personal hygiene, transfers, basic nursing tasks under supervision, maintain records, and follow the Plan of Care while upholding patient privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Maintain certification with DFS.
• Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the patient's home.
• Assist with personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets when directed.
• Provide companionship and engage in activities tailored to the client.
• Maintain complete records required by the agency and report changes in condition.
