Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position features a 3-day work week from 12:00 to 5:00 pm with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in patients’ homes, assist with transfers and activities of daily living, and maintain accurate documentation per the agency plan of care. Travel may be required within the service area, and adherence to privacy and safety standards

Qualifications

• Maintain active CNA license / DFS certification.
• Clear and compassionate communication with patients and families.
• Physical tasks may include lifting, bending, and standing during visits.
• Demonstrate reliability and respect for patient privacy and plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per the plan of care.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and supervise client activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.
• Complete tasks via EVV app/time sheets as required.
