Action Health Staffing in Greenville is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to join our home care team in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role. The position runs three days per week, 12:00–5:00 pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, transportation, and communicate with supervising staff, ensuring high quality home health services while maintaining patient privacy and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients (lifting, bending, standing).
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bath, grooming, oral care).
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising staff.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and special diets.
• Provide companionship and activities based on client needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow EVV tasks and time sheets as required.
• Demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
