Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services in Greenville is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time home-care role, offering 3 days per week from 12 noon to 5 pm with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care in clients' homes, perform personal care, assist with transfers, monitor health, and maintain accurate records while upholding privacy and plans of care.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• Effective communication abilities including reading and writing.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in home settings.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes to supervisors.
• Follow care plans and complete EVV time sheets as required.
