Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable CNA for a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in our Greenville location. Shifts are 3 days a week, 12n–5pm, with competitive pay and benefits. You will provide essential home care services in patients' residences.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, personal hygiene, transfers, and documenting care via EVV, while maintaining patient confidentiality and following plans of care. No medication administration.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene care.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities.
• Light housekeeping and record-keeping.
• Maintain records and report changes in client condition.
• Complete EVV task/time sheet as needed.
• Demonstrate dependability and follow care plans.
• Respect patient confidentiality and privacy.
