Job summary

Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services is seeking a dependable CNA to join as a Staffing Coordinator in our Greenville location. The part-time role covers 3 days a week, 12n–5pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The position involves direct patient care as assigned, coordinating staffing needs, and maintaining accurate records while upholding patient confidentiality. You will work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality home care services.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication skills including reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by the supervising clinician or therapists.
• Prepare meals with consideration of dietary needs.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to the client.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Complete EVV tasks and timesheets as needed.
• Follow Plan of Care and never administer medications.
