Action Health Staffing in Greenville is seeking a dependable CNA to work in a part-time role as a Staffing Coordinator. Part-time are 3 days a week 12n–5pm. Excellent Pay and benefits!!

The home care aide will provide services to home care patients at the client’s residence, perform personal hygiene care, transfers, and basic nursing tasks under supervision, while maintaining accurate records and communicating changes promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication, reading and writing abilities required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Compassionate, patient with clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and diet.
• Maintain records required by agency and EVV tasks.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
