Action Health Staffing in Greenville, NC is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time role as Staffing Coordinator. The position is 3 days a week, 12 noon to 5 pm, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA provides direct patient care in the home or patient’s residence, assists with daily living activities, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with the care team to support high quality care while upholding patient privacy.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervisors.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and special diets as directed.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to individual needs.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client's condition.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV tasks; demonstrate dependability.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy.
