Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant to work in a part-time Staffing Coordinator role in Greenville. The position requires 3 days per week, from 12:00 to 17:00, with excellent pay and benefits.

The CNA will provide direct patient care, assist with activities of daily living, and maintain records as part of a dedicated home health team. Ideal candidates will have a valid CNA credential, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a caring, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication including reading, writing and following directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Light housekeeping as required.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes in client condition.
• Record and report tasks completed in EVV app within Plan of Care.
• Demonstrate dependability by arriving punctually and following the care plan.
