Job summary

Trellis Paradise is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining privacy and teamwork with the nursing staff.

Responsibilities include following care plans, recording accurate data, and assisting residents with daily activities in a compassionate, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed CNA in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork with nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments and assist with nursing procedures as directed.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report any changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure privacy.
