Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to assessment and care plans.
• Identify and respond to changes in residents’ conditions and report to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Record accurate flow sheets, notes, and charts; maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Follow established policies for exposure to blood and body fluids; use equipment trained to operate.
• Transport residents as needed and greet/escort residents to rooms.
• Participate in nursing reports and coordinate with inter-departmental staff to ensure quality care.
